Robert Harris, III on Friday, July 29, 2011 Both NN and Hpt Circuit Courts real estate recorders require the sales price and the "actual value" or "fair market value" on the deed, NOT the assessed value. You should bring a copy of your HUD-1 (redacted?) to verify, if that is your basis for "actual value". Posted by: J. If interested contact Tom Hunter at 757-825-0400 or THunter@ThomasLHunter.com Posted by: Thomas Hunter on Thursday, February 10, 2011 At the Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court stakeholders' meeting on February 8, 2011 the Hampton Sheriff's Department requested that the public defender cases begin at 8:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and that the private bar cases begin at 1:30 p.m. due to transportation, medication, and feeding issues with prisoners. After due consideration by the stakeholders the Court has modified the Tuesday domestic relations docket to reflect the above hours effective the first Tuesday in May. This will also afford the private bar the opportunity to get their Circuit Court matters resolved in the morning. Posted by: J.
